Home Check Services is owned and operated by Margaret and Arthur Rose of Courtenay, BC. We moved to the beautiful Comox Valley in July 2003 after being long time residents of Whitehorse, Yukon. Our company was created to fill the need in the Comox Valley for professional, honest and reliable home and pet care for people while they are out of town.

Margaret has over 20 years experience in hotel and property management while Arthur has many years of experience in customer service as well as having served in the military and worked as a civilian member of the RCMP. Through our careers we have held positions of trust and responsibility where client confidentiality was the number one priority.

As homeowners ourselves we know how important it is to ensure that your home appears “lived in” when you're away. We also realize how difficult it can be to find someone you can trust to take care of your pets when you're traveling. Our company is built upon the foundation of trust and you can be sure that the things that matter most to you are in very good hands.
